The Sixton Peak Illinois from the Horizon collection is a classic S3 safety shoe that can be used in a wide variety of fields. Protective, stable, water-repellent.
The upper is made of supple full-grain leather that has been treated with Sixton's Hydrotech technology to be extra water-repellent. Blue stitching and blue laces add a fresh touch to the look. Microfiber back panel with thermoformed heel support inside.
The inside has a very comfortable Airplus 3D lining that is temperature-regulating and moisture-wicking, with an absorbent latex insole.
A stainless steel anti-perforation midsole prevents the penetration of sharp objects, and the toe cap can withstand impacts of 200 joules thanks to the steel toe cap. This nose has a rubber underlay for more comfort and is covered with an acid-resistant paint layer.
The Illinois is equipped with an SRC-compliant, double-layered PU/PU outsole. The scuff nose of this sole significantly increases the wear resistance of the tip of the shoe. A great addition if regular work is done where the nose rubs against the ground.
