Order values are the basket total before VAT. Bulky items are marked on the product page. If your basket contains both standard and bulky items, both charges apply until the free delivery threshold for each is reached.
Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and the Isle of Wight cost an extra £9.99. Deliveries to the Scottish islands and the Isles of Scilly cost an extra £19.99. There is no extra charge on orders of £250 or more. We'll ask for your postcode before checkout and add the charge to your basket.
Some products, including our janitorial and cleaning range, can only be delivered to mainland England, Scotland and Wales. This is shown on the product page.
Sioen products are sent from Europe and take an estimated 6 to 8 working days. Delivery is £27 on orders under £250, which includes a £10 small order fee, and free on orders of £250 or more.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
We email you a tracking link when your order is dispatched. Some orders come in more than one parcel, because items are sent from different warehouses.
