RETURNS

By placing an order through nixonsafety.co.uk you are agreeing to the terms below. We set these policies to ensure that you are fully aware of our refund and return methods and procedures. These policies are applicable to domestic (UK) orders.

 

60 DAY RETURN POLICY

We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

RETURN PROCESS

To start a return, you can contact us at orders@nixonsafety.co.uk or come to our store. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Instead of a refund you can request an exchange or store credit if preferred.

 

Return shoes in their original box without tampering with the box. If the box isn't good for resale, we can't refund you. Rather, put the box in another box or bag.

 

We can't refund used items, dirty items, items without tags, items with pet hair or smoke smell. If we receive non-refundable items back from you, we can return them to you but would have to charge for delivery.

 

DAMAGED AND WRONG/MISSING PRODUCTS OR ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To return your product, you should contact our support email.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

 

EXCHANGES

We only exchange products that are damaged, wrong product, wrong size or defective. If you need to exchange an item please contact us at orders@nixonsafety.co.uk or come to our store.

 

RESTOCKING FEE

We do not charge a restocking fee on returns.

 

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


Customised garments cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

 

All purchases made via Tapjoy and/or through mobile gaming are final and non-refundable. 

 

International Returns:

For international returns we ask you to arrange your own return shipping. Please reach out to orders@nixonsafety.co.uk so that we can provide you with the details to include in your return.
