These terms apply to your use of nixonsafety.co.uk and to orders you place on it. Please read them before you order.

Prices on the site are shown in pounds sterling, excluding VAT. VAT is added at checkout at the current rate. Delivery charges are shown in our shipping policy and at checkout.
We work hard to keep prices accurate. If we find a clear pricing error after you order, we'll contact you before dispatch. You can then go ahead at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
When you place an order, we email you to confirm we've received it. The contract between us starts when we dispatch the goods or confirm acceptance by email. If we can't supply an item, for example because it's out of stock with the manufacturer, we'll tell you and refund you for that item.
Payment is taken when you order. Approved trade account customers may be offered 30-day credit terms, which are confirmed in writing when the account is opened. Goods stay our property until they are paid for in full.
Delivery charges, areas and timescales are set out in our shipping policy. Delivery times are estimates. The goods are your responsibility once they've been delivered to the address you gave us.
For embroidered, heat seal or printed items, we send you a proof to approve before production. Please check spelling, colours and positioning carefully, as we produce exactly what you approve. You must have the right to use any logo or artwork you send us.
You can return most items within 30 days of delivery. See our refund policy for the details and the items we can't take back. If you're a consumer, you also have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
We describe products using information from the manufacturers. Colours on screen may vary slightly from the real item. You are responsible for choosing PPE that is suitable for your work and risk assessment, and for using it as the manufacturer instructs. If you're not sure what you need, ask us before ordering.
If we fail to meet these terms, we're responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our failure. For business customers, our total liability for any order is limited to the price paid for it, and we're not liable for loss of profit, business or revenue. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't allow us to limit. Your rights as a consumer are not affected.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
Please enter the delivery postcode. Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Isle of Wight cost an extra £9.99, and the Scottish islands and Isles of Scilly an extra £19.99. There's no extra charge on orders of £250 or more.
