Everflex 450 is a low modulus, neutral cure builders silicone in translucent, 300ml. It gives off no acid or corrosive by-products, so it can go on metal and other sensitive materials, and it bonds to porous and non-porous substrates.
Use it for construction expansion joints and perimeter pointing around door and window frames.

How to use
- Make sure surfaces are clean, dry and free from dust, grease and other contaminants.
- Apply the silicone with a caulking gun, filling the joint or gap evenly.
- Smooth with a tool or a finger dipped in soapy water for a neat finish.
- Let the sealant cure as per the manufacturer's instructions before exposing it to moisture or heavy use.
