4 hole transformer cable lugs terminate large copper conductors onto transformer bushings, busbars and switchgear with four bolt holes. Spreading the load over four fixings gives a flatter, firmer contact than a single hole lug on cables this size.
Krimpterm makes them in copper with a bright electro tin plating and a bell mouth for easy cable entry. They are for standard copper conductors in applications up to 1000V. Available in 5 sizes: 240mm, 300mm, 400mm, 500mm and 630mm, matching the cable cross section in mm². The hole centres are 35mm across by 25mm down on every size.
