Black PVC sleeving from Krimpterm, supplied on reels. It is flexible extruded tube that slides over wires, terminal lugs and small components to insulate them and stop abrasion. Krimpterm lists it as resistant to water, oil and fuel.
It is used in wire harness work, automotive electrics, panel wiring and general manufacturing. Unlike heat shrink it needs no heat, so it can be cut and fitted on site with nothing more than a knife.
Sizes are given as bore by wall thickness. The 4mm to 16mm sizes have a 0.5mm wall and come on 100m reels, and the 20mm and 25mm sizes have a 1.0mm wall on 50m reels. Available in 10 sizes.
