Closed end connectors are insulated caps that crimp two or more wire ends together and cover the joint in one step. Electricians use them to make off spare cores and join fitting tails where a screw connector would be bulky.
Supplied in packs of 100, in 3 sizes. The sizes are given by total wire range: Small takes 0.5 to 1.5mm², Medium 1.5 to 2.5mm² and Large 4.0 to 6.0mm². Add up the cross sections of all the wires going in before you pick the size. Krimpterm makes them with a tin plated copper sleeve inside a natural nylon cap.
